Extend emergency power to all living space conditioning units.
Remove and replace controls to central plant to permit redundancy.
Placement of isolation valves throughout campus.
Program: Fire Life Safety
Scope: Facilitate code compliance of water and fire life safety issues. Inspect facilities and author report of existing conditions, assign values to substandard conditions as well as scope of work for correction. Identify equipment and infrastructure associated with buildings, zones, sections, and rooms for the purpose of setting up a database intended to replace dated manual and automated software systems.
Program: Energy and Water Conservation
Scope: Identify existing conditions, collect cost data, and begin scope development of various projects for infrastructure improvements. Provide cost analyses and estimates.
Program: Manage Capital Improvement Projects
Scope: Develop scope and cost estimates, attendance at Joint Committee for Capital Review.
