Program: Department of Juvenile Corrections Regulatory Code Remodels
Project: Continue to remedy violations of Civil Rights of Incarcerated Persons Act (CRIPA) USDOJ, 2000.
Remodeled 16 secure-care housing units (c. 1960-1980) to comply with CRIPA as well as associated regulatory nexus. Plumb forensic shower units including revisions to mixing valves, cleaning of boiler units, and removal of malfunctioning recirculation pumps.
Program: Fire Life Safety
Scope: Facilitate code compliance of water and fire life safety issues. Inspect facilities and author report of existing conditions, assign values to substandard conditions as well as scope of work for correction. Identify equipment and infrastructure associated with buildings, zones, sections, and rooms for the purpose of setting up a database intended to replace dated manual and automated software systems.
Program: Energy and Water Conservation
Scope: Identify existing conditions, collect cost data, and begin scope development of various projects for infrastructure improvements. Provide cost analyses and estimates.
